The server apologized and said she would get that corrected. That was fine we subbed that but it was another 30 minutes until we received our very overcooked steak dinners. The wine came quite quickly but after waiting an hour for our 2 $39 steak dinners, we were informed that they had run out of mashed potatoes. We ordered our tenderloin dinner with mashed potatoes and a glass of wine. Menu and service were terrible as was the food. It was busy since there was no where else to go besides the food fair for dinner. We decided to go into curves restaurant which is situated behind the check in desk in the main lobby. No more fine dining restaurant and the buffet is rarely open. Now the rooms are tired and in dire need of redecorating, there is no more lulus lounge, only a small bar with a very long line up to get drinks. For a more fine dining experience there was Tamonto's and if you wanted something more casual there was a food fair and a great buffet that was open for breakfast lunch and dinner. It was a fun and great place to get a drink or a bite to eat and on weekends it was hopping with live music. There was Lulu's lounge that was situated in the Casino. Originally, and for several years it was great! Nice rooms with great beds. Literally dozens of times with friends and family or just the two of us for a quick get away. Have been staying at the River Rock hotel and resort since it first opened.
